Before You Call

Have your move date, origin and destination addresses, and a rough idea of your home size ready — it speeds up the quote. If you’re in a condo, gated community, or HOA, mention it up front. Office manager Wesley Ochoa confirms building access, elevator reservations, and HOA move-in rules before any truck is scheduled, so those details matter early.

Why Port Orange Families Book With Us

The Estimate Comes From Someone Who Answers the Phone Later

Danielle Pruitt or Wesley Ochoa walks through your inventory — by phone, video, or photos you text in — before locking a binding number, so the person who priced your move is still reachable after the truck leaves.

Twelve People, Seven Trucks, Zero Subcontractors

Every mover on a Quality Moving Experts truck is a W-2 employee we hired and trained ourselves — nobody borrowed off an app gets assigned to your address on move day.

The Paperwork Is Already on File When You Ask

FDACS registration covers every in-state Florida job, and our federal DOT/MC authority covers the Georgia and Carolina runs, and the $1M cargo figure is printed on the certificate before you request it.

Hurricane Season Is Already Built Into the Calendar

June through November, every quote carries a no-charge reschedule window, because a Volusia County mover plans around storm advisories instead of pretending they don’t happen.

Condo and HOA Windows Get Worked Around, Not Squeezed Into

Nathaniel Cruz confirms elevator reservations and HOA move-in windows with the building before a single box gets loaded, so a two-hour slot doesn’t turn into a lobby full of furniture and a stalled elevator.

Every Truck Rolls Out Stocked the Same Way

Furniture pads, shrink wrap, hand trucks, and floor runners load onto all seven trucks before the day starts, so no crew is improvising with whatever’s left over from the last job.

The Hard Parts Get Priced Before the Truck Leaves the Yard

A third-floor walk-up in Port Orange, a tight cul-de-sac in Ormond Beach, the extra bridge miles to New Smyrna Beach — all of it is folded into the flat rate before you sign, not added once the crew is standing in your driveway.

A Deposit You Can Actually Get Back

$200 holds your date, and it’s refundable if a storm advisory, a closing delay, or a change of plans moves your timeline — Wesley just re-issues the same rate against the new date.

One Crew Chief, Loading to Unloading

Tyrell Banks prices and runs the Orlando, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Tampa lanes himself, and the crew that loads your driveway in Port Orange is the one standing in the new driveway when the truck backs in.

Read them as they were posted — Volusia County families and businesses talking about their own move day, nothing trimmed on our end.

Nathaniel had every doorframe in our new condo padded before the elevator reservation even opened, and the HOA’s two-hour move-in window still had ten minutes to spare.

Our Atlanta move got pushed a week for a storm advisory and nobody charged us a dime to rebook — same crew, same rate, just a new Tuesday.

Third-floor walk-up, no elevator, tight stairwell — the crew had our whole one-bedroom down and loaded in under ninety minutes without a scuff on the walls.

Our closing slipped three weeks and they held everything in climate-controlled storage and delivered it the same day the new place was ready.

They packed the whole kitchen the Tuesday before a named storm was even a possibility, corner guards and all, so nothing sat exposed once the rain actually came.
