Quotes and Pricing

Quality Moving Experts provides quotes based on hourly rates or flat-rate pricing bands, depending on the size and scope of your move. Hourly rates are $129/hr for a 2-mover truck, $169/hr for 3 movers, and $209/hr for 4 movers. Flat-rate estimates for full-home moves range from $450-$650 for a studio or 1-bedroom, $650-$950 for a 2-bedroom, $950-$1,400 for a 3-bedroom, and $1,400-$2,200 for a 4-bedroom or larger home. Final pricing is confirmed after a walkthrough or detailed inventory review and may vary based on access, stairs, long carries, or additional services requested on move day.

Deposits

Booking a move requires a $200 refundable deposit, which is credited to your final invoice. The deposit reserves your move date and crew.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your scheduled move and your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit the deposit. Between June and November, every written quote includes free rescheduling with no change fee and no forfeited deposit if a hurricane, tropical storm, or evacuation order affects your move date.

Discounts

Quality Moving Experts offers discounts for military service members, seniors, and repeat customers. Discounts must be requested and verified at the time of booking and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Liability and Insurance

All moves are covered by $1,000,000 in cargo insurance. Quality Moving Experts is registered with FDACS under intrastate mover registration and operates under US DOT and MC authority for interstate relocations. Claims for loss or damage must be reported to our office within 24 hours of the move.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from services provided by Quality Moving Experts will be resolved in the courts of Volusia County, Florida.
