How to Get Your Quote
Call (888) 278-9005 or email [email protected] with your move dates and a rough idea of what you’re moving. For studio and 1-bedroom moves, we can often quote over the phone. For larger homes or offices, we’ll schedule a quick walkthrough or video call so the flat-rate estimate matches what’s actually in the home.
No Obligation
A quote is just a quote. There’s no pressure to book, and no charge for the estimate itself, whether you’re weighing your options or just trying to plan a budget.
Deposit and Booking
When you’re ready to book, we take a $200 refundable deposit to hold your date and crew. It’s credited to your final invoice, so it isn’t an extra cost — it just secures your spot on the schedule. Give us 72 hours’ notice or more on a date change and the whole deposit comes back or rolls forward to the new date. Every written quote issued between June and November also includes free rescheduling for hurricane-season weather or evacuation orders.
